Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Nextly Studio you agree to these terms.

1. The service. Nextly Studio helps solo service owners draft a pricing reply, follow-up, testimonial request or social post and track what they finished. It is an early version and may change, be limited or be unavailable at times.
2. AI-assisted drafts. Drafts are suggestions written by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them and for deciding whether to send or publish anything. The price check only confirms that the price and currency you entered appear in the draft. It does not confirm the message is accurate or suitable. Nextly Studio does not send or post messages for you. Drafts are not legal, financial or professional advice.
3. Your content. You keep ownership of what you enter and the drafts you create. You allow us to store and process it to run the service, including sending details to an AI service to write drafts.
4. Acceptable use. Use the app lawfully and for your own business. Do not enter sensitive health information, payment card numbers or passwords. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service or its AI features, including trying to get around the daily limit. Do not use it to harass, deceive or harm others.
5. Limits. Each account has a daily draft limit. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
6. No warranty and liability. The service is provided "as is" with no promise of accuracy or availability. To the extent the law allows, Corton Labs is not liable for losses from your use of the drafts or the service.
7. Changes and ending. You can stop using the service or ask us to close your account at any time. We may update these terms, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: hello@cortonlabs.com.
